version of JavaHelp Plug-In for SimplyHTML

With release of SimplyHTML and JavaHelp Plug-in for SimplyHTML
HelpExpert is not maintained anymore. However, it still is
a complete solution to create documentation.
While JavaHelp-Plug-In for SimplyHTML is open
to existing help sets or parts of such produced with other tools,
HelpExpert is a good alternative when a help set is to be created within
one tool completely.
PDF creation included
When a help set is produced with HelpExpert, the tool is capable to create
a document in PDF format from JavaHelp completely with a PDF TOC as well.
