File Management Client
The Light Development File Manager is a simple client application that provides
a graphical user interface for common file management functionality.
Common Interface for Local and Remote
It integrates the Light Development File System
and the Light Development File Server
for both local and remote file management through a single user interface.
All typical file actions supported
An arbitrary number of folder windows for local and remote machines can be opened.
File management actions such as create, move, copy, delete, pack, extract are done
inside such folder windows regardless of which machine they represent.

Platform independent
Being implemented in 100% pure Java technology the application can be used on
virtually any platform such as Unix, Linux, Solaris, Mac or Windows.

Requirements
This application requires a Java Runtime Environment of version 1.6 or later.
The JRE can be obtained free of
charge using the Get Java button on the left.
