AllDay World Holiday Calendar Client
AllDay is the ultimate calendar application for your desktop. This special client version is integrated online with the World Holiday Calendar Service. It automatically retrieves holiday information online as required by the current filter settings.
Purpose
The purpose of AllDay is to show an overview of an arbitrary year in the gregorian calendar. In addition it shows any days of observance valid for a given combination of event type and region.
For developers it can be used as a reference implementation of the Holiday Client API which everyone is free to use to integrate own applications with the World Holiday Calendar Service.
Event list
All events currently highlighted in the year overview are shown in an event list having all events with their date of occurrence in chronological order too.
Event details
A double click on an event name in the event list or day detail view brings up an additional window with additional information on the chosen day such as a day description and how its occurrence is observed.

Simply click on below button to launch AllDay using Java Web Start

Please note: AllDay is 'selfsigned' by the author as opposed to being signed with a certificate from an independent trusted authority. A warning message is displayed for this reason when AllDay is started using above button. You can ignore this message when you trust the author.
